The home has a maximum capacity for 11 residents allowing for a more personalized and private experience. Rooms are spacious with over 200 square feet per room, vibrant, furnished, and insulated with high ceilings and great natural lighting from arched windows.
Every room is individually painted creating a unique environment. Large double paned arch windows provide spectacular panoramic views of the countryside and offer plenty of natural lighting. The house also has two full kitchens, two central air conditioning units, two water heaters, security system, back-up power systems, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, fully insulated walls and windows, and an array of other luxuries.
The house is fully equipped and capable of accommodating the simplest or most complicated needs of any resident. The home is also more than adequately equipped with all the medical hardware and safety features for a complete secure environment so you and your family can rest in the secure knowledge that your loved ones are well taken care of. Licenses
Harmony has both a Type A and Type B license that is issued and inspected by State and Local Governments. The main difference for these licenses is described below:
- A Type A facility cares for residents who do not require routine attendance during sleeping hours and are capable of following directions in an emergency.
- A Type B facility is for residents who require staff assistance to evacuate, are not capable of following directions in an emergency and require nighttime attendance.
